High Pressure Flares
D.B.I.'s High Pressure Flares offer an affordable, efficient, and proven solution for safely destroying large volumes of natural gas during emergency release events or sales line shut-ins. These units are available with either a Fixed or Variable Orifice Pressure Tip (VOPT), chosen based on the needs of your facility ensuring a smokeless burn and optimal destruction efficiency.
About High Pressure Flares
D.B.I.’s High Pressure Flares are engineered for the unique needs of your facility. Designed for smokeless flaring of high pressure vapors, a Fixed Orifice (TBone®) or Variable Orifice Pressure Tip (VOPT) can be added to any air flare or utilized as a High Pressure Stand Alone unit. Designed for simplicity, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and broad operating capacity, these flare tips offer performance you can count on. High Pressure Stand Alone units may combust flow rates of up to 80 MMSCFD through the use of VOPT’s or TBone.®
