What It Is

A compact dual pressure flare system engineered for reliable, smokeless combustion across low to moderate flow conditions.

The AF-4 Series processes low-pressure and high-pressure gas streams independently within a single flare system, maintaining stable operation without added system complexity.

System Design

Engineered for simplicity, efficiency and low-pressure operation.

  • High-volume combustion air blower (typically 480 VAC, 3Ø)
  • No Variable Frequency Drive or flow meter required
  • Open-ended flare tip for minimal pressure drop
  • Optional high-pressure release capability
  • Independent LP & HP stream handling
