Our Fixed Orifice design has been third-party verified to meet 98%+ destruction efficiency thresholds and offers a 99% turndown ratio. Each tip is uniquely sized based on customer flowrates and pressure thresholds. One of the most important features of TBone® is its ability to destruct high volumes efficiently, while maintaining low operating pressures.
About Fixed Orifice TBone® Gas Flares
D.B.I. can provide a signed certification confirming that the TBone® Fixed Orifice pressure tip will pass a Method 22 visual emissions test, ensuring compliance with 40 CFR 63.11, 60.18, and 0000b, provided the equipment is properly installed and the design parameters outlined below are not exceeded. Additionally, in accordance with 40 CFR 60.18, the flare system is considered to achieve a destruction efficiency of over 98%.
