What It Is

A high-pressure flare tip designed for efficient, smokeless combustion through self-aspiration.

D.B.I.’s Variable Orifice Pressure Tip (VOPT) is engineered to handle high-pressure vapors typically released from treaters and compressors during emergency events. Its design mechanically restricts the outlet opening, creating natural aspiration of flare gas without requiring external power.

How It Works

Mechanical design that drives combustion efficiency.

The VOPT restricts the flare tip opening to increase gas velocity, creating self-aspiration of air into the flame. This enables smokeless operation without assist gas or electrical systems.
